Mumbai: opposition leader Devendra Fadnivi said on Saturday that experienced politicians such as Raote and Subhash Desai could not be the main minister because of President Sena’s personal ambition Uddhav Thackeray.
Fadnavis referred to the comments of the chairman of the minister at Rally Shiv Sena Dussehra on Friday that he never wanted to become the head of government in the state.
“This government has completed two years.
How long has Thackeray continue to say he does not want to be the main minister? If he wants Shiv Sainik to become the main minister, he can easily make Raote, Eknath Shinde or Subhash Desire the Minister of Chief.
If that’s the problem [ Thackeray doesn’t want CM], then no rane and Raj Thackeray will come out of the party, “he said.
He said people had chosen the BJP-Sena alliance and not Congress and NCP.
He said BJP was number one party in the state, after getting the highest number of seats.
“You [Thackeray] has formed this government with deception,” he said.
Thackeray criticized because he would want the country to be like West Bengal in fighting the center and BJP, he said BJP would not allow violence to be seen in the state of Mamata Banerjee.
In Thackeray’s challenge to BJP to bring down his government, Fadniv said if BJP wants to overthrow the CM government won’t know about it when it happens.
“We prefer you to show that you can run the government,” he said.
He said the Dussehra Thackeray speech had no idea and only showed the frustration.
“This is what happens when someone aligns with those who are ideologically different from you,” he said.
Fadniv said that the raid by the Income Tax Department had revealed rampant corruption.
He said Ed and CBI were here because Thackeray’s forces experienced corruption and looted the people.
“Dalali (middleemiphing) has reached a level in such a way that several ministers even experienced software separation made to find out how much money will be squeezed from who.
If things like that happen, then it is natural that ED and CBI will come to the country, “He said.
He said no PM and the center abused the agency.
“If the agent is misused, then half your cabinet will be in prison,” he said.
Fadnivis accused Thackeray wanting to change the constitution framed by Babasaheb Ambedkar.
He refers to Thackeray’s request for discussion about the federal structure of the Constitution.
