Mumbai: The crime branch Mumbai has registered fir against IPS Officers Deven Bharti and Police Inspector in Pakak Pharatare for not starting actions against Bangladesh’s wife of BJP City Cell Viceity Chief for allegedly getting an Indian passport in fake documents in the middle.

Reshma Khan, wife of Haji Hyder Azam, VP (BJP), Maulana Azad Minority Arthik Vikas Maha Mandal, who obtained a passport, was also referred to as the defendant.
Azam said his wife was an Indian and Indian charges unfounded.
Bharti, now the additional director general is responsible for Maharashtra Security Corporation, and Phonangare rejects comments.
The police have summoned the cheating section, forgery, violations of trust and part under the Indian passport law.
Khan has submitted a passport in 2012, and it was issued based on the verification of the document submitted by it.
In 2017, a special branch has traveled to Weed Out Nationals Bangladesh.
It wrote to the authority of West Bengal, who said the birth certificate of Reshma Khan was not available.
Special branch then wrote to Malwani police.
Phatangare, who is a senior inspector, does not start the action, saying Bharti has instructed him not to do it.
