Rajkot: The number of fresh Covid-19 cases decreased sharply on Wednesday even when seven people died during treatment in the Saurashtra area of the deadly virus.
Three deaths were reported from Rajkot Rural, one in the city of Bhavnagar, two in Devbhumi Dwarka and one in the rural Bhavnagar.
In the city of Rajkot, 83 cases of new Coronavirus were recorded and the active case fell to 319.
In rural Rajkot, 51 people were tested positively.
Overall, 5.16 crore was given first and 4.7 crore the second dose of the covid vaccine.
