Rajkot: Seven people from a 64-year-old woman, injured after nine people attacked them during intertwining night Tuesday and Wednesday in the Kevdawadi area in the city of Rajkot.
The incident occurred after midnight Tuesday when Kalpesh asked charges.
Bunty and Lalo did not speak loudly near his residence.
After Kalpesh asked the Defendant’s duo to leave, they left only to return with sticks and other six weapons.
They all broke into the house of Kalpesh and attacked everyone who was present there.
Injured was identified as Kalpesh Maiyad (50), a member of the Manoj family, Jivuben (64), Dinesh (54), Mohit (30) and Ashish (33).
Seventh seven had been hospitalized.
Allegations ordered under various parts of the Criminal Code including 324 (voluntarily cause injured by weapons or dangerous facilities), 325 (voluntarily cause sad pain), 323 (voluntarily causing injury), 143 (assemblies), 147 (Rias) , 147 (Rias) and 148 (riots, armed with deadly weapons), among others.
After the attack, the defendant escaped from the place.
Police said Mohit and Jiviben suffered a fracture while Dinesh suffered an injury to his head.
