Vadodara: The change of guard at Vadodara Municipal Corporation (VMC) happened on Monday using Shalini Agarwal supposing charge in the civil body.
Agarwal was the Vadodara district collector and has been moved into the civic body continue week.While talking to media people shortly after accepting the complaint Monday, Agarwal explained that she’d do the job for town along with others in the civic body for a team.
She met the mayor Keyur Rokadia following accepting charge.Rokadia stated that Agarwal had the experience of operating in the collector of the district.
He added that she had been well conscious of the rituals and symbolism of this city, which could be helpful throughout her tenure as the VMC commissioner.Agarwal was moved during the current reshuffle at the state .
The place of this district collector which fell vacant as a result of her move is to fulfill.
District growth officer Kiran Jhaveri was given the cost of the district collector.
