Vadodara: Residents of Nani Bandivar Village in Limkheda Taluka in Dahod Regency dominated by tribes have accused four loan sharks threatening it.
The four defendants have lent it from Rs 90,000, but taking Rs 1,44,000 for the sake of the basic number so far.
Ajay Patel’s complainants have stated that he has been looking for money from four different people – Labana Peak, Puspraj Labana, Bhavesh Labana and Jayraj Meravat – Engaging in a loan of money in Nani bandibar.
Overall, four people lend it from Rs 90,000 with a decent interest rate of 10 percent per month, two years ago.
Patel said he took money to start his vegetable cart.
Patel claimed that as soon as he started a business, Lockdown was announced and he had to close.
He, however, continued to pay them about 16 months and pay Rs 1.44 lakh so far.
Then, he could not pay monthly interest for some time and fourth which allegedly reached his home on November 3 and not only threatened him, but also released and harassed it.
In his complaint on Monday, Patel stated that he even approached community leaders to resolve this problem at first.
But when it remained unsolved, he approached the police.
He has claimed that four people do not have a license to lend money.
