Thiruvananthapuram: Police Palode has ordered five people because they refused to care for their 85-year-old father, which was shaken from various age-related diseases.
Four accused of being children of Daniel complainants of four cent colonies near Edavam, from two marriages.
According to the police, the defendant in this case was Sanalkumar, justice, Shylaja and Bilsamma.
Shylaja Thasnimol’s daughter has also been ordered with the same accusation.
The police said the brothers were allegedly left the Father after the partition of the ancestral property.
Daniel is under Sanalkumar care for the past month.
Sanalkumar is Daniel’s son from his first marriage.
On Monday, he dropped his father at Shaluja’s residence over there.
Shylaja is Daniel’s daughter of her second marriage.
His family was reluctant to take care of him.
They then left after locking the house for one day, leaving Daniel in trouble.
He remained there, suffering from hunger throughout the day until police personnel from the Palode station appeared for assistance.
They took him to the treatment house in Varkala and then registered a case against the children and grandchildren based on his statement.
This case was registered for the relevant parts of the maintenance and welfare of parents and senior citizens of Act he lived under Shylaja’s care for the past three years at that time.
Sanalkumar agreed to take him home on the condition that Daniel would transfer ownership of his house in the land of four cents in the name of Sanalkumar.
But, Daniel gave the property to Shylaja, which made him angry.
