“Where this same spirit is for Hindus when he sanctioned the celebration of Tipu Jayanti.
Tipu Sultan is a Muslim ruler who opposes Hinduism, and destroys the temple,” Simea said.
Simea also criticized Siddaramaiiah because she tried to divide the Hindu community by supporting the campaign that was looking for religious status for the community of linglayat.
“During his term as CM, Siddaramaiiah tried a little to prevent the demolition of the temple.
On February 6, 2018, the Supreme Court, published the Order finally, issued a clear direction to all state governments in emptying temples in places and public roads.
The court has directed the government to submit a report on the actions taken in this matter.
But the government led by Sidaramaiiah failed to submit its report or written statement for the APEX court, “Simeha added.
In July, Head of Secretary of P Ravi Kumar directed the deputy commissioner of all districts to undermine illegitimate religious structures in public places.
“Demolition drive is done in accordance with the instructions issued by the main secretary,” MP said.
However, he added that officials in MySuru District Administration did not read the Supreme Court command correctly, and targeted the temple selectively.
“The Supreme Court issued the direction that only the structures were built in public places after 2009.
The APEX court said that only the structure should be destroyed only if relocation or regularization is impossible.
Officials must examine each case individually but they fail to do this, “Sayha said.
It should consult with people: BSY former CM BS Yediyurappa on Friday did not approve the steps of the Bommai government to clean places of worship from public places.
He said the government should consult with stakeholders before taking encouragement.
Speaking to reporters after meeting Suttur Mutt Seer Shivaratri Deshikendra Swami, Used CM said, “It is wrong to destroy the temple without consulting with the local community and selected representatives.
CM must start the steps to preserve the temples.” He added that CM had taken Corrective steps by stopping the drive.
Meanwhile, a senior official in the center center, met Yediyurappa during his visit to the city.
This official provides details about the demolition of Mahadevamma Temple in Huchchagani in Nanjangud Taluk, which turns on the line.
‘The country tour with Kateel’ Yediyurappa said he would begin a tour of the country together with the Head of BJP State Nalin Kumar Kateel ahead of the Pancrayat poll after the ongoing assembly session.
Yediyurappa also gave a replacement of Basavaraj bommai pat on his back said CM was only on the right track and gave good governance in the state.
