Lucknow: High Commissioner of Singapore, Simon Wong Wie Kuen, met with the chairman of Yogi Aditarangath here on Saturday and talked about more investment above from Singapore, while praising CM leadership.
“I told CM we were impressed with the connectivity and convenience of doing business at Uttar Pradesh after 2017.
We have trust in CM leadership and hope to make more investment here,” said Singapore’s high commissioner in Hindi Tweet after a meeting.
Kuen, accompanied by Deputy High Commissioner Alice Cheng, held a discussion of Widanging about the possibility of investment in Uttar Pradesh.
Praising the pro-industrial policies of the government above, he identified several sectors for investment and collaboration.
These include religious tourism, logistics, infrastructure and skills training.
The high Commissioner supports the efforts of the Blue Planets environment in which the ‘Blue Nudge’ program will be launched in more than 100 schools in 11 districts, including Gorakhpur.
