Gurgaon: People’s singer Haryanvi Sarita Chaudhary was found dead, facing down on the bed, at his sonipat house late on Monday night.
Autopsy did not find an injury to the body, police said.
Personal reports, said sources, suggested the attendance of poisons, but the police have not confirmed this.
“We have sent the body to Madhuban in Karnal to investigate the existence of poisons.
We are still investigating this problem,” said an officer.
Ragini’s singer lives with his 25-year-old son, who is missing.
His brother, Sunny, said he talked to him at the end of the night.
The next day, he did not receive his call.
He then called his neighbor, who told him the door was locked from inside.
The police were told and the team who went to his broken house opened the door.
Cases have been registered at the Sector Police Station 29.
Singer, who is also a government teacher in elementary school, loses her husband a few years ago.
He lived with his son, while his daughter was in Delhi getting ready for the UPSC exam.
“We need to find a missing son, which is very important for the investigation.
Only he can tell us what happened.
He has been lost since Monday.
We tried to track it,” said Praveen Kumar, Sho of Sector 29 police station.
News of Sarita’s death has surprised its fans and the people’s music industry.
Ranveer Bhandvasi, another Haryanvi People’s singer, said he had ‘cheerful’ nature.
“He has a very melodious voice and has collected a very large fan base.
We performed together on several occasions.
I was surprised by his death before his time.”
