He urged applicants to attach all required documents when obtaining approval because most of the time of delay occurred because there were no few documents.
“There are certain procedures before the application reaches senior officials for approval.
If relevant documents are not available, the application will be postponed, resulting in delay,” he said.
Instructions have been given to officials to ensure that they collect all the required doctors from applicants.
Officials may not increase problems with the absence of documents in the next stage of the approval process, said Minister.
The minister received a petition from the public in complaints camp and listened to some of their problems of space allocated for the road.
