Chandigarh: Deputy Minister Punjab Sukhjinder Singh Randhawa has formed a sitting under the law of DCP Amritsar and to investigate the incident takbille in Harmandir Sahib in Amritsar and to present an investigative report within two days.

Randhawa said that CCTV had to function in the complex where Granth Sahib teachers were placed next to other religious scriptures in all religious places.
The police must have an active liaison with SGPC and all Gurudwara committees to ensure that the Granth Sahib teacher should not be left unattended at any time, he added.
Randhawa visited Amritsar on Sunday and held a meeting with civilian officers and police on the police channel Singh Suktanwind and Sukhdev Singh Bhoorakona was also present.
