New Delhi: Minister of Finance Nirmala Sitharaman will attend a joint financial meeting and the Minister of Health in Rome on October 29, which will discuss the prevention and response of Covid pandemics.

The Minister of Finance and Health will discuss how to maintain a momentum to respond to pandemics and build further coordination arrangements between the Ministry of Health and Finance.
On October 29, the G20 Finance and Minister of Health will gather in Rome for their first joint meeting under the Italian presidency G20.
The meeting will be chaired together by Daniele Franco, Minister of Economics of Italy and Finance and Roberto Speranza, Minister of Health of Italy.
The meeting will be held at night the G20 leader summit takes place in Rome on October 30-31 2021.
