Rajkot: Six people, who used to work as a sales agent for goldsmiths in Tramba Rajkot Village, were ordered by police Dam Aji for suspected cheating jewelry with Rs 85 lakh songs.
All defendants belong to the same family and sell jewelry made by the reporter, Dushyant Kagdada, for more than a year.
Kagdada in his complaint stated that he met Shobhna Raijada through customers.
Shobhna was used to take jewelry from Kagdada and she used to get payments for the same thing after the former sold it to customers.
Gradually, Raijada’s husband and other family members also joined the business.
In November 2020, Kagdada gave Jewelry worth Rs 95.47 Lakh to the Raijada family.
According to the complaint, when Kagdada demanded that the Raijada family payment refused to pay and also threatened to kill him.
The defendant made a payment of a portion of the RS 10 Lakh after Kagdada submitted an application with the police regarding fraud.
The police registered a violation of Shobhna Raijada, Krushnasinh Raijada, banned Raijada, Ilaba Raijada, Dhanrajsinh Raijada and Hirendrasinh Raijada under the part of the IPC 406, 420, 506 (2) and 114.
