Letter: The local court sentenced a 22-year-old man on Wednesday to rape and impregnate a 16-year-old little girl from Mandvi in the district letter.
H Dhamani’s court, an additional district of Judges and sessions, was punished and sentenced to Naitik gamers of up to 14 years in prison.
The defendant had begun to rape minor when he was 13 years old and the crime was excavated by survivor’s parents only after he was pregnant.
The minor delivered a baby boy who was old now and live safely.
The court ordered the compensation of Rs 1.5 lakh for minors on Wednesday even because it had the previous order compensation from Rs 1 lakh during hearing.
Accused of being booked on September 5, 2019 at the Mandvi Police Station for rape and other charges.
The crime was revealed when his parents got his medical examination.
He told his parents that the defendant was squeezing it for rape.
“The convicts often visit survivor houses when their families know each other.
He first raped him when he was in class VIII and continued to increase him later until he was pregnant,” said Rajesh Dobariya, the Public Prosecutor.
