Chennai: ‘Smart kiosk’ purchased at a large cost and distributed to vendors on Marina Beach has been damaged and lying three on the whole beach.
According to sources in City Corporation, the Mafia vendor who opposes the project has defeated the purpose of the scheme by first rejecting their allotment, and then it does not allow the vendor given to have a kiosk.
