Thiruvananthapuram: Although it ruled political parties, including CPM and CPI, playing it safely regarding the cancellation of deviculams known as ‘Raveendran Pattayams’ stating that no one would lose land, the process issued by the deviculam sub-collector which ordered the cancellation of four titles Such shows that some of them are obtained through large fraud and imitators.
Premaja, on September 24, 2019, initiated the process by hearing four landowners – Alagarswami, Sudha and Chinnathai the name of the land title was issued (La 96/99, 94/99, 97/99 and 54/99) by Mi Raveendran in the right village of Devan Hills (KDH).
Sub-collectors asked this problem based on a petition managed by a Mariyadas to get 15 titles on behalf of employees and his relatives in KDH Village.
In the trial, individuals whose names of land titles are removed to provide statements that prove that some of them do not even know that there is land in their name in the village.
In his statement, Alagarswami stated that he had worked as a driver for Mariyadas which made him sign several papers by promising him that he would get land, but even now he did not have the land or his own house.
The son of Muthu, who appeared before the sub-collector (Muthu died in 2016), stated that his father was also a driver who worked for Mariyadas, and they did not have knowledge of the land in his father’s name.
His chance, close relatives of Mariyadas and other landowners, stated that the signature on the land degree was not his, and Mariyadas threatened him about the terrible consequences if he revealed the truth.
The fourth owner, Chinnathai, said that he was a resident of Kottakampet Village and had not filed land in Munnar.
Some other landowners who were ordered did not appear to hear.
Based on all this, the cancellation ordered by the cancellation of the titles found has been forged, while ordering detailed investigations into the remaining ones.
Farcicality from a statement by Revenue Minister K Rajan and other CPM leaders and CPIs, including CPM State Secretary KodiYeri Balakrishnan, CPM leader and former MM Mani power minister, proved to be read together with the findings of sub-collectors in connection with the title included in the Pattayam Raveendran category.
Rajan on Thursday said that nothing would be expelled because of the cancellation of these titles, and the cancellation of these titles was only carried out because of the “procedural irregularities”.
He said that they could all file a fresh degree and it would be released within two months.
Other leaders have also provided a similar version.
