Vadodara: The state government has appointed Advocate Pravin Thakkar as a special public prosecutor in the case of students rape.
District government applicant (DGP) Anil Desai told the court session on Thursday that Thakkar would continue with this problem because he had been appointed as a special prosecutor.
Previously, Thakkar was appointed as a special prosecutor in the case of rape Navlakhi too.
The court listened to Plea the guarantee of Accountants Chartered defendant Ashok Jain on Thursday.
However, the trial was postponed until November 15 when the investigative officer would submit a written statement to oppose the Bail Jain application.
Meanwhile, during hearing, law students submit an unconditional apology before the additional court judge PT Patel and deposited RS 1,000 before the District Legal Services Authority as directed by the Judge District Court.
