Style: Minister of Minister Nith Kumar on Tuesday asked the officials concerned to accelerate work related to Ganga water lifting projects and resolve it on time so that the people of Rajgir, Style, Bodh Style and Nawada can be provided for drinking water for drinking purposes.
“Make sure the alignment is done correctly so that there is no obstacle in carrying water.
The project must be resolved by considering the projected population,” CM said when reviewing several multi-crore project sites in three districts – Nawada, and Nawada.
He also visited Sita Kund in Rajgir where the suspension bridge was proposed to be built.

Officials told him that Ganga water would be taken to Rajgir and Nawada from there.
Nitish also reviewed the progress of the Ganga Water Elevator project in the style along with the construction work of rubber dam on the Falgu River.
He examined a water treatment plant in Abgila in Manpur.
DM style Abhishek Singh told CM about the progress of the project.
“On Bukit Abgila, RCC tank 0.938 million cubic meters (MCM) storage capacity is being made.
In this reservoir, water can be saved to meet the requirements in the style and Bodh style for five days.
The reservoir in Tetar has a storage capacity of 18,633 mcm,” said DM .
Ganga water will be directed through a 149 km pipeline from Begusarai through Marachi, Mokama, Sarmera, Barbigha, Shekhopursarai, Katrisarai and Ghoda Katora.
Water directed to the style of Begusarai will be stored in the reservoir in Tetar.
After purification, it will be stored in a treatment plant in Abgila.
According to information, 20 MCM Ganges will be taken to the storage point in Pancayat from Giryak in the Nalanda district.
After the work of the rubber dam is finished, at least two feet of water can be maintained on the Falgu River throughout the year.
