Aryan’s legal team, who is currently in the rights of justice and nesting in Arthur Road prison, will now try to complete the formality for his release on Friday.
Aryan Khan, Merchant and Dhamecha were arrested by NCB in October 3.
They were ordered under the relevant sections of Narcotics Narcotics and Psychotropic (NDPS) Acts.
After Aryan was given a guarantee, the filmmaker of Sanjay Gupta wrote, “I am very happy that Aryan Khan has received a guarantee but also very upset with a system that makes a young man behind bars for more than 25 days for something he never did.
