After committing a 19-year-old nursing student in Mangaluru, Indian Psychiatric Community Karnataka Chapter (IPSKC) has urged medical institutions throughout the state to regulate Helpline all the time to prevent such death.
Nursing students were found hanging in the hostel bathroom in Mangalore on Tuesday.
