Ranchi: The Jharkhand government on Monday imposed new restrictions, including closing all educational centers, parks, zoos, stadiums, tourist attractions, fitness centers and swimming polls until January 15 but decided with night mushrooms even though there was a recommendation from the Rising Cover Case Covid.
The decision was taken during the meeting of the State Disaster Management Authority (SDMA) chaired by the Head of Minister of Heman Soren in the afternoon, a statement issued by the IPRD said.
New moving, however, will not affect educational institutions on their routine administrative work but they must reduce labor up to 50%.
Temple and religious places outside the detention zone are also allowed to continue normal rituals with a capacity of 50% or 100 worshipers, which are lacking.
Apart from stores and markets, except restaurants, bars and medical stores, will be closed at 8pm.
Minister of Health Banna Gupta, who also holds a disaster management portfolio, said, “Restaurants, medical stores and bars can remain open according to the time prescribed.”
