Gurgaon: Farmers’ scores and activists on Monday protested outside the mini secretariat against the upper government in the background of the violence of Lakhimpur Kheri who claimed the lives of eight people, including four farmers.
Samyukt Kisan Morcha (SKM) urged farmers to arrange protests outside the office of deputy commissioners and district judges between 10am and 13:00.
The protesters chanted the slogan against the government and burned down from Ashish Mishra, Son of Union Minister Ajay Mishra Teni, demanded a strict sentence for him.
“We have submitted a memorandum to the Deputy Commissioner demanding the resignation of the Minister and the arrest of his son,” said J C Yadav from Jai Kisan Andolan.
