Somashekar district minister hit in the survey, settlement and land recording commissioner Munish Moudgil to order surveys Land which borders the Convention Hall, which is owned by the family of former ministers in MySuru.
He questioned the IAS officer for who ordered the probe into allegations of land seizure.
“Who gave him the power to order a probe,” he questioned referring to the regional government of Msuru GC Prakash’s commissioner into the allegations related to the land that won the Convention Hall.
“When the Mysuru Regional Commissioner has investigated the allegations of land seizure in Mysuru and submitted a report, who authorized Moudgil to order another probe? What is the point of ordering another probe when officials from their own departments have investigated it and submitted a report,” he asked.

, especially the IAS officers, are under the impression that they are honest and efficient while others are corrupt.
We need to fight with such a mindset, “he told reporters.
He said Ias officials had spoiled revenge politics.
Somashekar said Moudgil had not completed his task to correct land records after agricultural loan relief even two years after he was assigned.
“He hasn’t improved soil documents related to 53,000 farmers, but he wants to order another probe into an investigated problem,” he said.
Moudgil had ordered a probe on August 31 after the petition filed by an activist based in Mysuru and had searched for a report in 10 days.
