Rajkot: A 23-year-old technical student tried to commit suicide by jumping from the 4th floor of a building in the city of Soni Bazaar City during early morning.
According to the police, Kaushal Khakhar jumped from the Keshav-Lila apartment building near the Raiya Naka Tower at Soni Bazaar at around 3am he was first taken to a civil hospital Rajkot and then referred to a private hospital.
His condition was very important and he didn’t realize until Thursday night.
“The primary probe shows that he is under depression since the last eight months and is in medicine,” police said.
Khakhar’s father was a trader, they added.
However, the cause of depression is not immediately known.
