Rajkot: A person wanted in three civic instances enrolled in Rajkot town was detained following 19 years in Kolkata in West Bengal and attracted into the city on Thursday.
The desired accused, 55-year-old Pradeep Maganlal Sonpal, has been captured by the Detection of Crime Branch (DCB) Rajkot.
“We had received certain details regarding Sonpal he was settled in West Bengal’s Howrah for the past many decades.
He’s wanted in three or more Serious instances in Rajkot.
We’d sent a group to nab him that brought him to the city on Thursday,” that a DCB officer said.
According to authorities, an adulterous case was lodged against Sonpal at September 2002 in Gandhigram police channel for producing bogus records of a residential house and also taking a loan later mortgaging it using Dena Bank at Rajkot.
Two cheating instances were lodged against Sonpal from Bhaktinagar police station through exactly the identical period.
Sonpal was conducting Ami Medical Agency in Moti Tanki Chowk at Rajkot city.
However he returned following three jobless cases were lodged against him.
Police said the accused has been conducting a health bureau in Kolkata.
In actuality, he’d changed his surname from Pradeep Sonpal into Pradeep Thakkar.
