KABUL: Taliban has destroyed a barbed wire founded by Pakistani forces in Durand Line in the Gushta district in the province of Nangarhar Afghanistan, local media reported.
According to Khaama Press, a barbed wire was destroyed and taken to Afghanistan after Pakistan’s troops wanted to establish and widen it.
Doctor Bashir, Head of the Provincial Directorate General of Intelligence (GDI) led the operation in the Gushta border district.
Khaama Press also said quoting reports that Pakistani troops launched artillery in Kunar Province on Monday night after the incident.
Pakistan almost completed barbed wire throughout the duran line which stretched around 2,400 km between Pakistan and Afghanistan, he added.
