Oslo: The last day of the talks between Taliban and Western diplomats has begun in Oslo with a bilateral meeting with Norwegian government officials who mostly focus on the humanitarian situation in Afghanistan.
The three-day talks opened on Sunday with talks between the Taliban and Afghan civil society members, followed on Monday by multilateral talks with Western EU, US, UK and host Norwegian diplomats.
Bilateral talks with all parties including independent humanitarian organizations are expected on Tuesday.
Closed meetings took place in a hotel in the mountains covered in snow in the capital of Norway and is expected to cover everything starting from education to humanitarian assistance to greater inclusiveness.
