Coimbatore: The Tamil Nadu government will soon launch an exclusive cellular app for entrepreneurs in Coimbatore to apply for approval and facilitate them to regulate business ventures, Electricity V Senthil Balaji says here on government day.
“This application will provide a single window system for approval,” Balaji, which distributes free power connection certificates to farmers in the function held at Coimbatore Collectorate, said.
Minister of Man Chief M K Stalin has appointed Balaji responsible for Coimbatore District to accelerate the work of development and monitor the implementation of the welfare scheme.
He held a review with a collector g s sectanan and senior bureaucrats.
Balaji told reporters that the Committee would be formed for the development of Coimbatore.
“We will discuss with officials to learn about projects that will be held in Coimbatore in the next five years.
We will prepare a list of projects and such schemes,” he said.
Of 1,200 villages in Coimbatore, 105 got drinking water once in three days, 175 got water once in three days and 157 got it once in 10 days, the minister said, “We will apply the scheme to supply water once in two days to all villages.
Coimbatore City Municipal Corporation does not get adequate drinking water.
The new scheme will be implemented to attract more water from the water body.
“A total of 5,000 wrong street lights in the district will be replaced within a week, Balaji said.
“We will soon hold a Makkal Sabai meeting.
Bureaucrat will meet people to receive petitions.
I will also participate in this program.
The petition will be ridicated within 15 days and orders will be issued for the applicant.” Some industrial agencies have submitted suggestions for the development of Coimbatore, Minister said.
“We will be a regional level monitoring or planning committee, which will be politically neutral.
