Coimbatore: N Poorva Sri from Nilgiris District scores 200 values and gets first ranked among applicants to enter undergraduate courses at Agriculture Agriculture Nadu (TNAU) for the academic year 2021-22, said University officials after releasing a ranking list on Friday.
The ranking list was released by the acting representative of Chancellor a S Krishnameorthy in front of the Dean of Agriculture and the Chair to enter M Kalyasundaram.
TNAU has received 40,585 applications to 4,670 seats in 12 undergraduate programs.
There are 14 constituent universities under the university.
D G Pushkala from Namakkal District R Sajin from Ramanathapuram district gets 199 and 198.75 marking each to secure second and third rank.
In a separate ranking list released for a 7.5% quota for students who have studied in government schools, Pavithra from Dharmapuri secured 193.33 marking and securing first rank.
K Anuja Dindigul District scored 191.43 values to secure first rank on the diploma in agricultural and horticulture tickets.
The Edison Gellas of the Pulajottai and R Rampprasath district of the Namakkal district each gets 189.68 and 189.50 marks to secure the second and third position.
For a diploma in agricultural engineering courses, Anuba from Kankumari District received a value of 191.43 and guaranteed first rank.
K Anuja Dindigul District scored 190.03 brands and secured the second place.
R Kailash Shankar from the Pulajottai district secured a third place with a score of 189.99.
The university also released a date of counseling, which began on February 11.
Counseling for ex-services and different quota will be carried out in Forenoon on February 11, while counseling for sports quotas will be carried out in the afternoon.
Important Date: For Vocational Flow (February 14 and 15), government quota students (February 17 and 18), Phase I of public counseling (February 21 to 23) through online mode, seat allotment (February 25) through online mode and verification Certificate (March 2-5).
The first sliding and seats will take place on March 8 through online mode, certificate II verification will take place between March 11 and 13, sliding II and seats will take place on March 16 through online mode, NRI counseling will take place on March 17.
and industrial quota counseling will take place on March 18.
While verification of certificates III will take place between March 19 and March 21, sliding dismissal and seats will take place on March 24 through online mode.
