Hyderabad: Telangana recorded 202 new Covid-19 cases and 1 death on Tuesday.
The number of active cases in this country reaches 3,940.
The total number of cases from the start of the pandemic last year, stood at 6.69,365 and the death toll was 3,941.
190 patients were declared recovered on Tuesday, taking a total count of patients recovered to 6.61,484.
The case fatality rate (CFR) is at 0.58 percent while the recovery rate reaches 98.82 percent now.
So far 79.82 percent of the total cases in the state have been asymptomatic while 20.1 percent have flumed.
On Tuesday, 46,808 samples were tested for Coronavirus novels.
Telangana has now completed the testing of 2.71 samples and has reached 7.28 lakh testing samples per million populations.
The Greater Hyderabad Municipal Corporation (GHMC) recorded 52 cases on Tuesday, while Medchal Malkajirgiri adjacent to nine cases, Ranga Reddy recorded 18 and Sanga Reddy recorded five cases.
Outside the city of Hyderabad and its edges, Karimnagar with 19 new cases recorded the highest number of cases.
