Telemedicine project from DDU Gorakhpur University received approval

Gorakhpur: The University of DDU Gorakhpur’s telemedicine project has been sanctioned, media cells from information informed.
The project is based on sensor-based diagnostics and is part of an ambitious plan of the Prime Minister’s office to maintain a health database based on sensor-based diagnostics.
This particular project has been subject to sanctions for three Gorakhpur districts, Varanasi and Kamjong in Manipur based on samples.
The aim is to maintain data on health parameters such as measurement of heart rate, blood pressure, sugar glucose, etc.
and to provide care to people in remote areas.
DDU Gorakhpur University of Chancellor Prof.
Rajesh Singh said, “This project aims to provide quality medical care to women and children who are less able to live in remote areas at affordable costs.
The project aims to show the efficacy of the application of tele diagnostic technology in reaching people People who live in areas such as quality medical care.
“In the first phase below the target project is 60 thousand families – 20 thousand each at Gorakhpur, Varanasi and Kamjong in Manipur.
Such projects were launched for the first time in Gorakhpur to target 20K families in Gorakhpur District, VC said.
