Gurugram: The corporation of the city of Gurgaon has submitted a police case against a number of unknown people, including Imam Ishwar Singh, because illegally occupied the government land in Wazirabad Village.
Following complaints, FIR was listed below section 34 (Acts were carried out by several people with general intentions), 447 (Criminal Trespass) and 448 (punishment for home trespasses) IPC at the Sushant Lok Police Station.
According to MCG officials, they have received complaints in this problem a few days ago.
Furthermore, they visited the site and found a temporary structure on government land, which was spread at 7 hectares.
“We found that government land had been interrupted by building temporary temples and structures on it, after we directed the priest to empty the land but he did not obey him.
After several reminders, we filed a complaint against Ishwar Singh and other unknown people, who were unknown Illegal occupied government land, “said Sanjog Sharma, assistant MCG engineer.
The police have started an investigation.
Alleged that the locals were involved in this matter, the official said.
“It is impossible for a priest to violate government land without the support of influential people in the area,” MCG officials said.
