There, he got a certificate of residence made by Pradhan Village.

During the interrogation by the team led by ACPS Lalit Mohan Negi and Hriday Bhushan, Ali revealed that he moved to J & K around 2009 about the instruction of his handler.
Intelligence sources said Ali remained in the valley for the next eight years where it was used for various tasks, including IED and Gunrunning placements for terror operators.
A source said they investigated the tip-off who suggested that Ali was involved in the incident where the army had been killed before being killed.
He was interrogated in this matter.
Over the years, Ali regularly touches with his handler through various communication channels, but talks about tasks, especially through email draft.
Lately, he has used a telegram to communicate with a weapons supplier, which is intercepted by the police.
