Vadodara: The number of new Covid-19 cases reported in the city and the district fell along with the number of tests.
A total of 555 new cases were detected even because three deaths were again confirmed on Tuesday’s test.
Covid-19 in the city and the district has shown a constant decline over the past six days.
Of the 9,797 tests carried out on February 2, the number of tests had dropped to 3,732 on Tuesday.
It is also the fourth day in a row when the number of positive cases also dropped.
The source says that testing decreases consistently because there are fewer people who are sick.
Also, many cases are suspected of using their own testing kits or not tested at all.
The number of deaths reported in the city and district is also the lowest in a week.
Three deaths were confirmed by Vadodara Municipal Corporation (VMC) which took the victim to 682 in the city and district.
The number of active cases slipped below 4,000 for the first time after January 13 as a difference between new cases and the cases returned to continue to be large.
On Tuesday, 1,525 people were sent home.
