Hyderabad: Telangana recorded 220 new Covid-19 cases and one death on Tuesday.
The number of active cases in the country stands at 4,549.
The total number of cases from the beginning of the pandemic last year, stood 6.65,504 and the death toll was 3,915.
255 patients were declared recovered on Tuesday, taking the total number of patients recovered to 6.57.040.
The case fatality rate is at 0.58 percent while the recovery rate is now at 98.72 percent.
The GHMC recorded 80 cases on Tuesday, while Medchal Malkajgiri neighbor recorded 12 cases and Ranga Reddy recorded nine cases.
