Thane: The month after three fingers from an assistant Commissioner City was cut by a snack trader, the police ordered other vendors from Patlipada who threatened to throat the anti-encroachment staff on duty.
The police said, quoted complaints by officers with the TMC neighborhood office, that the incident occurred on October 18 at night when TMC staff drove the vendors from the streets.

Yadav was arrested.
