Thane: Kalyan-Dombivli Municipal Corporation (KDMC) registered Cemara against the contractor and its partners at the Khadak Police Station in connection with the fraud of a multi-floor truck terminal.
During inspection, KDMC found the contractor, Mathew John Kuchin, who runs the M / S SM Partner, for the construction of a multi-floor truck terminal on the basis of Build-Operate-Transfer (BOT) has created fake companies and shops sold, after building a terminal truck, without informing KDMC.
By doing that, he has violated the term contract that allows stores to be given rent for up to 60 years.
