Thane: Thane Municipal Corporation will travel Covid-19 vaccination across 49 centers in the city on Monday.
The second dose of Covishield will be available for beneficiaries over 18 years in 45 centers.
These centers will be open to the vaccination of Walk-in, Thane Municipal Corporation (TMC) informed.
All centers will operate between 11am and 4pm.
All centers will provide preferences to different citizens, pregnant women and nursing mothers, Civic’s body said.
The second dose of Covaxin will be given only in two inoculation centers on Monday.
It can be noted that booking online slots is not needed in these centers to get Jab.
Those who have taken their first dose of vaccines until July 11 are now eligible for their second dose.
Two centers in the city, police TMC Central Railway TMC and TMC Thane City, will provide the first dose and both Covishield on Monday for those over 18 years old.
Those who have taken their first covishield dose until May 15 are now eligible for their second jab.
Special walk-in sessions have been held at TMC Post Covid Center 1 and TMC Kausa HC (ATC) 1 for students who will fly abroad for higher studies and people traveling for professional reasons.
Meanwhile, Thane City reported 55 new Coronavirus cases on Sunday.
The TMC area recovery rate is 98.05 percent.
