Gurgaon: A 30-year-old engineer who works in a private company in Manesar was arrested on Monday for allegedly harassing and stalking a woman.
The defendant, police said, was drunk and made obscene comments on the complainant.
When the woman tried to walk away, the man allegedly followed and harassed him, added the police.
A case under the part of the IPC 354A (sexual abuse) and 354D (stalking) was registered at the Manbar police station for the female complaint.
Manesar Station House Officer (SHO) Inspector Pankaj Kumar said the defendant was arrested and produced in front of a local court who sent it to a long time on Monday.

“The problem is being in an investigation and action will be taken against the defendant at the settlement of the probe,” said the Benken Subhash Police spokesman.
