Moscow: Dmitry Rogozin, Head of the Russian Space Agency Roscosmos, has invited the CEO of Space X Elon Musk to his house to discuss efforts to explore the universe and whether there is life on other planets.
In his first interview with CNN, Rogozin appreciated the efforts by Musk in the field of space.
“Mr.
Elon Musk was aware of many ideas and thoughts that we wanted to realize but not until, after the separation of the Soviet Union, our space program was stopped for some time,” Rogozin said.
“We respect him as the organizer of the space industry and as inventors, who are not afraid to take risks.” Responding to Rogozin’s offer on Twitter, Musk said, “Thank you” and asked, “What is your favorite tea?”, Where the Russian space head replies that they can “start with my grandmother’s favorite mixture”, posting a picture of a three-tease .
Rogozin served as Director General of RoscosMos in May 2018, Successfully Igor Komarov.
Meanwhile, SpaceX is ready to launch to orbit the first ‘inspiration4’ all-civil mission on September 15.
