Vadodara: Police on Saturday identified a 18-year-old bus driver from the vaccine institute and called him to be questioned.
Police sources said that the bus driver had heard the cries of the girl and when he went towards, he saw it in partial oppressed.
The girl told the driver that two automatic rickshaw drivers had raped him and the two drivers stood nearby along with their vehicles.
“The driver, however, cannot see the face of the autorickshaw driver or their vehicle registration number because it is dark,” said a police officer.
When the bus driver got a baseball bat from his bus, the second was defeated escaping from the place, he told the police.
He also said that later, a livestock back arrived there who helped him find the girl’s pants and bag on campus with the help of a cellular torch.
After the girl gathered, she called her friend, who asked her to reach the Chakli circle.
The police said that the bus driver walked with the girl to Chakli Circle where his friend was waiting.
