The coastal DSP makes ‘Laksha Kanta Gayana’ success

Mangaluru: People in coastal districts make the initiative ‘Kannakkkagi Naavu’ an unforgettable event by singing ‘Kannada Dindimava’ line, ‘Jogada Siri is overlooked’ and ‘Hutidare Kannada Nadalli Huttabeku’ on Thursday.
‘Laksha Kanta Gayana’, a mass event singing was held as part of the celebration of Karnataka Rajyotsava in Dakshina Kannada and Udupi with thousands who participated in various events.

KV Rajendra, CEO of ZP Kumar, Commissioner of MCC Akshy Sridhar and Deputy Director of Malls Public Malleswamy Leading students at Tannirbavi Beach in the city.
“Government initiatives are intended to popularize Kannada in the state.
Lakh people in all countries participate in the program and it is a new experiment to make everyone proud to be Kannadigas,” Nalin Kumar Katheel said.
DC Rajendra said the program organized by Kannada and the Ministry of Culture has raised a good response with many people, especially children, taking part with enthusiasm.
“This program will instill the spirit of language in every kannadanga.
We held a similar program in many locations in all districts.
We have made complicated arrangements to celebrate Kannada RajyotsaVA in this district,” he added.
An event was held at Udupi in the District Office Complex in Manipal in the presence of the CEO of Udupi ZP Y Naveen Bhat and Deputy Commissioner of Additional B Sadashiva Prabhu.
“We managed to set up programs in all grams of Panchayats, Sri Krishna Mutt, Malpe Beach, Kaup’s home place and many tourist attractions.
Nearly 20,000 people participated in mass singing programs in the district,” said Bhat.
