Rajkot: A man and wife was arrested by Rajkot police for allegedly killing an act of an identified as Santosh Solanki whose body was found wrapped in a blasty bag near Parapariya with his head and face.
While questioning the people in the area, someone told them that they had seen someone with Safron’s clothes near the SRP camp on Monday night.
When searching for the area, the police found stones with blood stains.
A further investigation revealed that Geta Jadav (40) and her husband Vasant Jadav (45) began living in Kutchha’s house on the open land here for the past week.
The pair together with Geeta’s father Arjun and Santosh came to this place on Monday night from Jamnagar.
Arjun and Santosh begged in Jamnagar, while Vasant was a pedicab driver.
Manoharsharsh Jadeja, Deputy Police Commissioner, said, “On Monday night, Geeta had cooked dinner for everyone but Santosh complained about it.
It caused a fight, and Geeta destroyed the head of Santosh with a large stone.
He died in place.
The couple then wrapped around The body in a gunny bag and took it with a pedicab and threw it near Pipaliya Village.
