Rajkot: Covid Vaccination Certificate was released on behalf of the dead person during Mega Drive held on September 17 in Morbi.
According to the source, the second dose certificate was released in the name of Rajendra Jadeja from Moriya Taluka who died which took the first dose of the vaccine in March but died before taking the second dose.
The health team has prepared a list of people who qualify for the second dose and call them to certain sites for doses.
Confirming this, Morbi Chief Medical Officer, Jayesh Katira, said, “Along with all staff of the Ministry of Health, teachers and other government staff are also involved in the mega vaccination drive.
It is possible that human mistakes crept in.
I have given notice to the person concerned And we are investigating this problem.
