Rajkot: A 30-year-old farmer, who was arrested for allegedly killed his brother in Halvad City in Surendranagar, ended his life in the locking of the Halvad police station on Wednesday morning.
The accusation of Munna Sarla was found hanging from the iron grill of the window in locking around 6.45 in the morning.
The police said that he used the sheets to take extreme steps.
The police suspect that Sarla must regret killing his brother Mukesh over a small problem withdrawing irrigation water from Borewell.
Sarla and his oldest brother Ragha allegedly killed Mukesh on September 21 at his home in Halvad.
Then Mukesh’s wife, Daxa asked the following after the two defendants were arrested on September 24 and went out to police custody.
Police officials said that because it was a custodian death, a magisterial investigation had been ordered.
On Wednesday morning, the examination was also carried out by an executive judge and Sarla’s body was sent to Rajkot for postmortem by the doctor’s panel.
