Brussels: The European Commission will analyze Polish’s decision to memo the disciplinary system for the judges he said critics is a tool to pressure the judge, the European Commission said on Tuesday.
Poland’s announcement came last week ahead of the August 16 deadline set by the European Union executive to dissolve the disciplinary space which according to the European Union was used to suppress judges or mobilize political control over the court decision.
The August 16 deadline remained unchanged, a commission spokesman told the direction of the daily news.
