New Delhi: conceded ‘supervision’ behind the ignition of ‘foreign secretaries’ from the list of extended senior bureaucrats who put fundamental rules, 1922 as modified on Monday, the government on Wednesday issued Corrigendum to restore the position of foreign secretary in the changed rules .
Rule 56 (d) Fundamental Rules, 1922 – Before Amendments Monday – Convent Main Officials such as the Secretary of the House, Secretary of Defense, Foreign Secretary, and Head of the Intelligence Bureau and RAW, the futures can be extended by the Government to a maximum of two years and above as determined .
Rule rules 56 (d) are changed, adding ed and CBI directors to this list, curiosity to leave the secretary.
Toi has been written on Tuesday that the negligence of the foreign secretary from the list in rules 56 (d) can be supervision.
The original rule is provided for a period of two years for a foreign secretary, can be extended with another year.
