The forest department driver ends life

Udupi: A driver who works for the forestry department’s wildlife division allegedly ended his life by hanging himself from a tree at the police station limit on Saturday.
The deceased was Satheesh, 42.
According to the police, Sathhesh was reported to notify Sujith Kumar, a forest observer, that he had to go to Mangalore, and asked him to be dropped at the Karkala bus stop.
After dropping it at the bus stop with a bicycle, Sujith returned to the office.
At 12:40 a.m., Sujith received a call from Satheesh, who asked him to leave a wheel vehicle both parked near the office at his home.
When Sujith told him to do it when he returned, Sathhesh said he would not return, and would commit suicide.
Immediately after, several department staff were rushed and looked for Satheesh.
He was found depending on the tree branch in Arbi in Mundli Village.
He learned that he experienced a health and financial crisis, and allegedly committed suicide between 12:40 a.m.
and 4 pm, police said.
The case has been registered at the Ajekar Police Station.
