Gurgaon: The Registrar General of the Community has set aside the election of the government of the Welfare Association of the Central Plaza owner.
However, the existing government agency has been asked to manage mall affairs everyday until the new selection is held in three months.
This happened after several members approached the Registrar of the General against the command of the state registrants who enforced the regulating body selection.
According to the complain, in July 2019, the election schedule for the Mall Association was announced and the membership list was then published.
The disadvantaged member then approached the country’s registrant for “fraud-way” where the selection was held.
In April this year, the upper state registrant of the election.
“Finally Justice has won.
This case is a striking example of how illegal elections were carried out by government agencies with the active relations of the Community Registrar of Community District,” said Yogesh Saini, one of the complainants.
“Instead of taking action on government agencies, even state registrants who fully ignore the fact that some non-member associations also become a carrier of the community office.” Varun Thaman, another member, said, “The function of the Mall Association is not transparent at all.” When contacted, Sanjit Kaur, the company’s district and community registrants, said, “The general electorship in Chandigarh had formed an ad hoc committee and once we received a request for appointment of officers who returned, we would do so to do free and fair elections.”
